SHIPPING METHODS & COST

Domestic shipping is determined by your location.  Please note: Due to COVID-19 & high order volumes during this time, our shipping partners will likely be experiencing some delays that are out of our control. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to ship. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

SHIPPING TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify us by emailing sales@mimozzas.com. We'll review all cases and will do our best to send out a replacement order or issue a store credit depending on the situation.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange any new, unworn items within 10 days of receiving your delivery. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 10 days. Items may only be exchanged once; if your exchange arrives and you are still unhappy with it, you may return it for a full refund within 10 days of arrival.

If you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been dropped off & scanned at your shipping carrier. We suggest informing us about your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you will automatically receive a full refund for your return once the item has been received.

Please note: If you are returning or exchanging the item, shipping fees are paid for by the buyer/customer ONLY. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN EXPECT MY EXCHANGE OR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.
